Cassy is a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples, providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

Cassy has experience supporting individuals across a range of presentations and has particular interests in ADHD, anxiety disorders (including panic, phobias, and social anxiety), depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, maternal mental health, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, stress and burnout, and emotional regulation challenges.

Cassy adopts a trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and person-centred approach to therapy, recognising the unique strengths, experiences, and goals of each individual. She values building strong therapeutic relationships and works collaboratively with clients to develop insight, enhance coping skills, and create meaningful change aligned with their values.

Cassy utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each client. Her warm and compassionate approach aims to support clients in building resilience, improving relationships, and achieving lasting psychological wellbeing.
