COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Inkblot Psychology Clinic provides cognitive assessments for adults to thoroughly evaluate mental processes, including memory, attention, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities. These assessments help identify strengths and areas of difficulty in cognitive functioning, and are often used to support workplace or educational accommodations, clarify diagnoses, or guide treatment planning.

This process includes:

Interview - 30 minutes

Assessment - 2 hours*

• Comprehensive cognitive (IQ) assessment

Feedback (emailed 3-4 weeks following the assessment)

• Short report provided

Total Fee $1100

There is a $100 non-refundable booking fee, credited to the completed assessment cost, taken at the time of booking. $350 is due on the day of the interview, and the remainder on the day of the assessment.
