COGNITIVE ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Inkblot Psychology Clinic provides cognitive assessments for a thorough evaluation of an individual's mental processes, including memory, attention, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities. It helps identify strengths and weaknesses in cognitive functioning, and are often used to support educational accommodations, clarify diagnoses, or guide treatment plans.

This process includes:

Parent/Guardian Interview (30 minutes)

Assessment (3 hours)

• Comprehensive cognitive (IQ) assessment

Feedback (approximately 4-5 weeks following the assessment)

• Comprehensive report provided

• Feedback consultation (30 minutes)

Total Fee $1100

There is a $100 non-refundable booking fee, credited to the completed assessment cost, taken at the time of booking. $350 is due on the day of the interview, and the remainder on the day of the assessment.
