Kelly holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Curtin University and a Graduate Diploma of Education (School Psychology) from the University of Western Australia.

Kelly worked as a school psychologist for over seven years before transitioning to private practice, where she operated a psychology clinic for children and teenagers, providing assessment, intervention, and family support. She is experienced in the assessment of ADHD, Specific Learning Disorders (dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysgraphia), and intellectual giftedness.

Kelly provides therapy for a range of social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, including:

  • ADHD

  • Anxiety, depression & panic

  • Behavioural challenges

  • Bullying

  • Fears & phobias

  • Life transitions & adjustment difficulties

  • Developing self-awareness, goal-setting, and emotional resilience

  • School-related difficulties

  • School reluctance/refusal

  • Self-esteem & self-confidence

  • Stress management

  • Trauma

Kelly’s therapeutic approach is tailored to each young person’s developmental stage. Play-based methods create a safe and engaging environment for younger children, while teenagers are supported with age-appropriate, evidence-based strategies that encourage self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Kelly utilises evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and play-based approaches.

Kelly is a professional member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS) and ADHD WA.
